They're both pretty mischievous and when it gets quiet I know that they are up to no good. With the weather being so nice lately I've let the two of them play in the yard so I can get things done inside. Checking on them every so often leaves me to find them like this...
Of all the hard work Kevin's done on the back yard, to give the kids a place to play with lovely grass and toys and a patio to ride their bikes, they choose the mud and dirt every time! Just know that I appreciate the hard work my love.

Guess what Rich is doing RIGHT NOW? He is putting pavers in under our deck because, out of our whole grass-n-patio-n-slide backyard, our kids like to make mudpies and eat dirt under the deck--the ONLY place we left any lose dirt. Little rascals! (I am sure there will be pix of Heidi popping up all over the blogs, since she ate a huge gooey mudpie while Sam & Kristen and Laura's family were here on Thursday.
Heh heh. I love those kids! They're so cute. Katie, seriously, thanks for posting these pictures. I LOVE getting a glimpse into your lives, even if it involves a bunch of mud.
