Long Time No Post

I was on such a roll with my blog, impressed that I hadn't given it up and then our computer crashed. This was a sad day and unfortunately one we had been anticipating. The reason it was so sad was do to my ever increasing flaw of, procrastination. Our beloved computer had made it past it's fourth birthday and we just knew it was on it's way out. Everything that was important was on our dear computer and we were so trusting, or stupid, that we had not backed anything up. All of my kids pictures, from the day they were born, were stored on the hard drive. The week before it happened Kev and I kept saying, "We need to burn our pictures..." and yet we kept putting it off. Our hard drive crashed, bad. We sent it to the computer man and he can't pull anything off of it, our last resort is a data recovery company that only charges a mere $500 to $1000 for the info. So after much heart brake and despair our computer has a new hard drive and I've subscribed to some online programs that can store my pics. Lesson to all... SAVE your pics someplace besides your lovely computer.
