Besides Ben's 3rd birthday we had a pretty exciting weekend going into spring break. Sam and Rachel happened to be in Phoenix the week before and decided to come celebrate Ben's birthday and hang out for a night. We all went to our soccer game and then came home and stayed up way to late. The kids and Kev went to bed but Sam, Rachel and I stayed up till 3am chatting it up. I haven't done that since Kev and I dated!
On Saturday we got up and went to the Marana Founders Day parade. Kev's National Guard unit was participating in it and the kids really wanted to be there to wave at him. Afterwards we ventured over to the festivities at the park and stayed long enough to find the Kettle Corn for Sam and Rachel's trip home. It was really fun to hang out, thanks for stopping by you two!

Kev's parents stopped by Saturday around noon to drop off the rototiller, so we can get our garden in, and give Ben his present. We had round two of the birthday cake and then headed out to Steven's track meet. It was fun to spend time with Scott before he left for his mission and the kids always love being around their grandparents. Thanks for dinner and a good time!
Our entire spring break was taken up by sick kids. By Wednesday all three kids had tonsillitis or step throat. It's always something around here!
