The only chance we got to carve our pumpkins happened to be the afternoon of Halloween. Kev had three tests this last week and we didn't want them to wilt to bad before the big day.
The kids didn't mind the guts at all.
Ben was so proud of his little pumpkin.
Ryley and Ben were extremely excited for Halloween this year. I'm sure the older they get the more fun it will be for Kev and I. We decided to ditch our ward trunk-or-treat and just stay here on base. There is a large circle of homes in the middle of the base that is the officers housing and so everyone goes there. It was so organized and people went all out. The kids really liked going door to door and Ryley practically saw everyone she goes to school with. We have three pumpkins full of candy and will soon all be in a sugar coma.
Ryley is a pink Pegasus/ Unicorn, Ben is Iron Man and Olivia is Cinderella

Poor Kevin sounds like he's being overworked. I'm glad that he got some time to squeeze in a little pumpkin carving with the kids. I love all of the costumes...especially the pink unicorn. Does that come in my size?
Man your kids are getting BIG! They look so cute and you look fantastic. Hope you are feeling good. My 3rd c-section was the hardest so make sure you have tons of help. IF you need me, I will come on over to help you out. You wouldn't mind having 4 extra kids in your house after the baby would you? j/k but seriously, take as much time as possible in the hospital and take all the pain meds you can!
My kids were out for three hours and then stayed up until eleven...all four of them! Me on the other hand...I was ready for bed at 9:00...I feel so old! The kids look like they had a blast! Hope all is well with you guys!
Thanks for the pictures of all your kids. Tilly is beautiful. I really enjoyed the Kids in their Halloween costumes. They are adorable. So fun to see Ry on a horse:)Benners as a Super Hero and Livy as the little princess that she is.Love to you all.MOM
Thanks for posting all these fun pix, KT! It's so nice to be in touch and know that even with thousands of miles in between, we are generally doing the same things, celebrating the same traditions, etc...
