PUPPY! Just kidding, Kev has been teasing the kids that the "baby" is a puppy, Tilly is a little out numbered. Ryley has explained it many times that that simply can't happen.
So we had our ultrasound today and everything looks healthy and good. We'll welcome a baby BOY to our home the end of March. Ben is really excited and wants to name him either Lightning McQueen or Ben. I thought I knew what I wanted to name him but now I have no idea. I know people keep their baby names a secret so no one will steal them but if anyone cares to share I'm up for suggestions.

HOORAY!!! Congrats! I'm so happy for you guys! I think that Lightning McQueen Mayberry has a nice ring to it. I'm not so sure that Kevin really would like any type of baby name that I have to offer so I'll keep them to myself for now...but if you get desperate, let me know!
You could always do Kevin, Jr.
You could keep the boys' names biblical:

How Fun!!!!! Raden wants a brother! I wish I had some cool boy names but all I can think of is when Raden was born, Bailee wanted to name him Hamburger. Sounds good to me :)

Congratulations. That's a good way to "even" the score. Can't help you on names though, Wyatt was hard, and this one... oh we'll see, glad its a girl, another boy name would be way too hard.

a boy! how fun. We find out Monday what we are having. Boys names have always been hard for us to settle on. We like a lot, just not the same. With Nathan we chose it by voting and giving points and we both liked it second most. :) Parker and Bryson have always been up there. I used to like Brody, Ethan was up there, but it was used a lot recently, so we decided not to. Wow, I have had a lot of time to think about boy names. It is all in what I felt at the time of birth that was chosen. CONGRATS AGAIN!
Congrats! I love all my kids, but the boys are definetly easier! Hope that you are feeling better and that the pregnancy goes really fast, you only gain 15 lbs....which magically come off five minutes after delivery, and you are handed a precious bundle of joy that never cries and sleeps through the night starting at day one! Well, we all can dream! Seriously though...I have the book for you! I just read it and tried it and Finnegan (who is up all night several times)is sleeping through the night and I can lay him dow wide away...after 2 days of using the book! It's called Good Night Sleep Tight, and really it is a necessity!
That's funny about the Carlos thing. I had mentioned Don Carlos because I was looking through all the Joseph Smith family names. I told Ben I kind of like it for us and we could call him D.C. I guess he liked it so much he thought to pass it off to you! Haha.
why does everyone say boy names are hard to come up with? we have a selection on boy names...girls on the other hand...none!

I actually have a list of baby names that I like saved on my desktop. I had to do that because I told Caleb I liked a few names a long time ago and he said I just made them up. I actually make dated entries if I think of a new one. As you are not in my family, I don't really care if our kids have the same name so here goes...

I think the name Caleb and I settled on for this baby is Pierce. But Caleb's still holding out for Patten. I like Landon second. I know, I know. I didn't plan the "P" thing, I'm just going with the flow. Good thing we're not planning on having a big family. I don't think I could come up with any more p's.
If anyone in my direct family steals these names... let it be written... they will die. I don't think someone's going to have a baby before me, although you never know with Destry.
Congratulations! How exciting to have another boy. As far as names go, I am all for names that have some sort of familial or historical significance. (Not so in to the popular Mormon idea of naming your kid the most random name ever with the most obscure spelling...but, then again, that's just me and the parents can do whatever they want!) The only thing I'll add is that if you name your kid something different and the nurse or doctor pronounces it wrong when you're at the office/hospital, you have forfeited your right to get mad!
i'm so excited for ben and travis to have another boy cousin to play with!it's also great that he won't be too much younger than travis! Hooray!!! love you guys so much!

Since S&K won't use Campbell, you should! I love surnames, esp. from genealogy, so Layton and Thatcher and Elrey were on my list (but probably Elrey for a girl). Good luck with that...
CONGRATULATIONS! It's about time the Mayberrys got some more boys (betcha never thought anybody woudl be saying that 10 years ago!)--Lyndi got all Marti's boys (only 9 girls of 24 grandkids!).
Congrats on your baby boy to be!! We are awful with boy names but always have tons of ideas for girls!! Conan of course is always wanting something that goes with his name like Thor or something like that. So I guess it's good for us that we have so many girls!! Hope you are feeling well!! let me just say for the record, Nikki is just mean! But hey, the truth hurts. Just kidding, destry. I vote for Lightning McQueen, but really how about McLaren? It is the name of the world's fastest race car. But I'm not sure how to spell it...good luck and congrats! I can't wait to go for the tie breaker!
