It's not very often that I get the chance to pick up a book and read it. Honestly, I just don't make the time. I really do enjoy reading when I can find a good book. My sweet SIL,Lacy, sent me a book for my birthday and I finally got around to opening it. It was FABULOUS! I must admit that I'm a sucker for historical fiction and this book just did it for me. I'm an Arizonian through and through so this book was even more intriguing for me. So if you're looking for a quick read that was really, really good then check it out. I keep nagging Kevin to read it so I can discuss it with someone. Oh, and I'm always up for suggestions of other good reads.

I've heard this from severaly people now so I'm thinking that I really just need to read it. You should read Marley and Me next since we know you're a dog lover. Its just cute and fun to read. Also, I'm sure you've heard oodles about the Twilight books but they are good too.
OUr book club read it last month and I never found time. I guess I'll have to give it a try...
One of my favorite books of all time!! Her next two books are pretty good too. I think they are called Sarah's Quilt and Star Garden. I can't remember which is #2 and which is #3. They aren't quite as good as they first, but still worth the read!

If you like historical fiction and love to feel uplifted you will love the Zion Covenant Series by Bodie and Brock Thoene (Taynee). They are amazing. I think the wife is Jewish and the husband was born Christian and one does the writing and the other does the research. Great job on the characters. You can get them in the library now because they have been out for several years. Set in the time the Nazi's descended on Europe. Try it and let me know! Jeanette Taylor (Caitlin's mom)
