The New House

We found a fabulous house not to far from Ft. Bragg. It has a huge backyard and tons of room inside. We have a great Church ward as well, it's crazy though how we have to drive 45 minutes to get to the chapel. So far we are LOVING North Carolina. The weather has been beautiful and it is soooo green out here. We are excited to do some more exploring and really enjoy this next year.
The grass was two feet tall when we got here and our nice neighbor's let us use their riding lawn mower. If they hadn't Kevin is convinced it would have taken him at least 4 or 5 hours to mow the front and back yard.

We took the kids to the Children's Museum downtown .

Livi's new past time is holding Ethan and having me take a picture.

What a beautiful place! you guys are gonna have some fun and some wonderful opportunities for sure! And I'm hearin' ya on the church commute...20 minutes for us and we don't care for it too much either, but at least we don't have to walk, so I can't complain!

Looks like a beautiful house. I am so jealous of the grass. Save me some clippings and send them to me. That is the only grass I will ever have. Send some green our way and by the way some rain. Glad you are settled.

Kev--you'll just love mowing that yard...ha ha. I didn't want to believe anyone who told me my clothes would be soaking wet after five minutes of mowing. I think it ended up taking less time, and literally all layers of clothing were soaked, so that my faded clothes suddenly appeared new, with bright, vivid, and darker colors. Good times.

Your house looks beautiful! The houses all looked like that when we lived in southern Virginia. Makes me miss the East Coast. I'm sure you guys will love NC. It's so lush and green out there.
