Hot Summer Ahead

When it is mid-March and 93 degrees one can only assume that the Arizona summer ahead is going to be a hot one! The weather has been nice the last couple of days but just two weeks ago it was a scorcher. Hot enough that the kids played in the sprinklers.

This next weekend is the annual Pat Tillman Run for the Mayberry's and boy am I not ready. I've walked a little bit but not 4 miles at once, so we'll see how it turns out. I'm excited to have all the family together, there are three new babies since last year, so it should be good times. The last two weeks has seemed like 6 months with Kevin gone. He's coming home tomorrow and all I can say is HALLELUJAH!
