Fall Is My Favorite Season

I don't know what it is but I can just feel it when the fall season is approaching. To me there is a change in the air, you can just smell it. Kev thinks I'm crazy, especially since we live in Arizona and there isn't a huge change for fall. It pretty much goes from summer to winter, but not for me.

I was so excited when Ryley's field trip for the pumpkin patch came up. It was fabulous to enjoy the fall scenery. We got to take a horse drawn wagon ride out to the patch and then walk through and choose the pumpkin of your liking. The kids made two great choices that should make excellent jack-o-lanterns. All we needed was the tress that look like they are on fire and I would have been in heaven.

How fun! We took the kids there a couple weekends ago and it was so much fun. Gotta love the pumpkin pictures.

Ummm...newsflash. Fall came screaming in a couple of days ago. It was blustery and cold and everyone had to bundle up. Good job on just being able to "feel it coming", though.

Narf!

Hey, when are you going to talk Ben and Cait into coming down?

So have you picked up Twilight yet? I can't put it down! I love the pumpkin patch pics. Wish we still had Young's Farm.

Hate to rub it in, but you really are missing out. Fall in a state that actually has trees and temperatures below 100 is the coolest thing. Don't worry though, you won't be jeolous in a few weeks. I am so scared for the winter.

You're right, Katie, those are some good lookin' pumpkins to go along with some pretty good lookin' kids! I'm glad you're enjoying the "fall" weather. For me it's something to enjoy looking at...and that's about it. Like Nate and Lori, I am NOT looking forward to the winter. Yuck.
