Olivia is officially walking and it makes me a little sad. Both Ryley and Ben walked before they were a year old and Olivia has taken her sweet time when it comes to her first steps. She's been crawling forever and was content to stay that way. It would have made things much easier had she walked earlier, so I wouldn't have to carry her around so much, but at the same time I was savoring the moment. For me, when my kids walk they are no longer babies, they're toddlers and it makes me miss the baby days. Olivia was such a good baby, very easy going and just rolled with what ever was going on. She's still sweet as ever but at this age their little personalities start shinning through. She's grown up way to fast, I needed her to stay a 'baby' for just a little bit longer.

Seriously Katie, she is so darn cute Eric and I think you should clone her! I know how you feel about walkers no longer being "babies"...why do you think I've had four kids in five years?...Oh yeah, I'm nuts!
Wow Olivia looks really grown up in this picture. She looks more like Ryley to me know. Does she bring you everything she can find now? Emilee brings me books, food off the floor, toys, etc. Over and over again, but it is cute to watch.
I agree...she has grown up way too fast. We've only seen her like 3 times. We are so excited to get to see you guys this weekend!
What a big girl! Love the ponies! I think Ammon will be taking his sweet time to walk too...but's that's ok, because like you said, then you miss the baby!
