The Garden is Growing!

It's amazing what can happen when you have a little faith. Going into this garden I was skeptical that anything would grow, especially when I didn't 'see' anything happening just a couple of days after we planted. Our tomato plants took off, we started them from a 1 gallon size plant and they are now as tall or taller than out fruit trees. The garden has also done pretty well, it won't be ready to harvest until after we move but it's still been fun to watch it grow. So we've filled our bellies with lots of tomato's, some strawberries and one plum from out tree. This fun experience has made me want to have a garden each year now, as long as my not so green thumb keeps working.

Plum tree, yellow pear tomato's, flowers and strawberry plants

Red tomato plants, Mandarin orange tree, & strawberries

Here is our garden area: corn, cantaloupe, squash, watermelon and pumpkins.
